This beautifully restored 19th century barn is situated in a lovely woodland setting midway between Sevenoaks and Tonbridge on the B245 with lovely views of the Kentish Weald.

Originally built to house animals and agricultural equipment it was later believed to have been used for the manufacture of cricket balls, an industry that the local area was renowned for in the late 19th and early 20th century.

The accommodation consists of three self contained suites one twin and two doubles. The two ground floor units each have an adjoining conservatory with tv and sofa-bed for a third person or children. The first floor suite covers the upstairs floor with a separate sitting room with tv and sofa-bed.

All rooms have en-suite shower rooms, tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryers and are finished to a very high standard.
