Room 1 - The Upstairs Room
Originally a 30 foot by 12 foot hayloft this entire first floor has now been converted into a beautiful queen size bedroom (double or twin) with en-suite shower room plus an additional sitting room with T/V sofa bed and tea/coffee making facilities.
Both rooms have a double aspect with lovely views of the local countryside.
Room 2 - The Twin Room
This lovely twin bedroom was originally a store for carts and their various accessories. Latterly it is believed to have been used by a local cricket ball manufacturer of which there were many in the Hildenborough and Leigh area at the time.
It is now a superb twin bedded room complete with en-suite shower room and a separate fifteen foot by seven foot conservatory with sofa bed, tv, plus tea/coffee making facilities as well as lovely views of the local countryside.
Room 3 - The Double Room
This was originally used for stabling horses and had a cobbled floor and a hatch into the loft for access to hay and feedstuffs. The cobbles are now replaced with a beautiful American Oak Amtico floor.
This room also has its own en-suite shower room plus a conservatory complete with sofa-bed, tv and tea/coffee making facilities and again lovely views of the local countryside.
All the rooms are completely self contained each with its own separate entrance.
Prices: range from £70.00 for a single occupancy, £80.00 for a double, £95.00 for a family room.
